The Queen Hotel Queen Village, Sonder

Sonder the Queen is in a great location. One block from South Street and lots of coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance surrounding the hotel. The room was nice, clean, small and bed was comfy. We did have an issue with the comforter being dirty. The answer on the app was quick, however, since this is an unmanned hotel, they sent the security guard up at 1130 pm with fresh sheets and a mattress cover. We compensated by putting the comforter between 2 sheets. Keypad entry is nice for security. We would stay here again if we have the need.

Everything was great! Loved the beds, blankets and the complimentary shampoos, soaps, lotions. The tea was delicious! Perfect location as well! Everything was very clean. I liked not having to check in at a front desk. I felt secure with the codes you need to get into the building, use elevators and get into the room.

The room was wonderful! It was spacious with high ceilings and just enough furniture to be very comfortable. While the room was located on the 3rd floor below the rooftop bar and restaurant, there was no noise from upstairs at all. The AC worked supremely well during the heat wave! The automated process of getting into and out of the room worked great!

Can't really complain, location was great, could easily find parking, even with the construction going on. The room was clean but the record player was broken and the TV was not setup. Thankfully I know how to get a Roku setup. The elevator didn't work when we got back around 11PM, guess that is for security reasons, I don't know cause nothing was posted about it. All of that is really not a big deal but worth noting. The price was right that is for sure!

Really big room for the location and a great big comfy bed! Walking distance to everywhere you'd want. Check in is contactless so we had to wait to 4pm but the luggage drop off was super convenient so we could explore knowing our stuff was safe.

My room was clean and had the basics. It was quiet majority of the time. The location was great and in a nice neighborhood. I was walking distance from a lot of historical sites and restaurants. The only downside was the mobile key on the app didn’t work so I had to type in the code multiple times each time I wanted to enter my room but for the price I paid I’d still say it’s worth it. I’m open to booking with Sonder again in other cities

A nice place to stay for a couple of nights but not the most comfortable. Rooms were big and very modern. Bed was huge but super hard and not cozy. The blinds let a lot of light in (see photo) and there was a lot of noise from the street and inside. We were located in the stairwell and could hear every time someone came in or out downstairs, or used the wooden stairs. Ear plugs did the trick luckily! Location was pretty good, although not particularly close to a metro. Check in and out were easy over the app. We never spoke to a staff member. The shower and bathrooms were awesome. Overall, it felt like someone had designed a beautiful place to stay but never actually stayed there themselves to test it out. Still enjoyed the stay and it was great value, but could be improved for customer comfort!

Wow! A stay at such a beautifully and carefully designed hotel. That was my first impression. All amenities (coffee maker, fridge, smart Tv, different light options for the room, clean towels in abundance) at hand. You even provide earplugs and white noise radio for your guests. Everything was clean and welcoming. The roof terrace is breathtaking. The design of the hotel is so tasteful and beautiful. However, the coffee maker didn't work and the bathroom sink was blocked. And despite 2 reports via app nothing happened. This is not what I had expected and this put a bit of a damper on our otherwise very comfortable stay.
